Raised on the picturesque Darling Downs in Qld, I enjoyed some big city living before settling in the beautiful South Burnett in 1999 with my family.

I am passionate about the community I live in and gladly give my time to various organisations and events as an MC, facilitator, board member and advisor.  A cause close to my heart is Red Earth Community Foundation. It brings me great joy to volunteer with like-minded people to help create a better long-term future for the region I call home.

 

I have often been described as a calming influence and an intuitive listener which I believe is a valuable asset when it comes to the role of a marriage celebrant, a service I have been providing since 2000. 
It is a great privilege (and fun!) to help you on your journey towards marriage. It is really important to me that your ceremony captures and celebrates who you are and the reasons you have decided to marry.

Where Do I Help? I have married hundreds of couples in traditional, informal, private, casual or themed ceremonies and in locations as diverse as parks, churches, restaurants, wineries, private homes, back paddocks, beaches, gardens, museums and function centres. I am happy to travel so you can marry at the location that will set the scene for how you want the whole day to go.

 

It is important to me that we create a ceremony that reflects you, and when it is all over, you look back on your ceremony and say to each other, “I’m glad we did it like that!”

 

I am happy to spend as much time with you as required to create a ceremony that is uniquely yours, and sets the atmosphere for the rest of your day of celebrations with your friends and family to remember.

I understand that each couple have their own story and will want to express that in their own unique way on their wedding day. That’s where I find the greatest reward in being a celebrant - helping you personalise you ceremony. I am very comfortable with all possible emotions that find their way to the surface during a wedding – tears, joy, fainting, proud grandparents and much more.
